Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our apartment is brand new and decorated minimally for comfort. We accept longer stay (weekly/monthly) at a special rate, inquiry with us! There is an outdoor mall, supermarket, over 90 restaurants and shops just under the apartment. All of that are only 1 min walk away! We are also close to Aloha Pantai Pasir Putih, Pantjoran PIK, By The Sea and PIK 1. Pets are not allowed in this building. Your comfort is our priority! The space This is a brand new Studio unit at Tokyo Riverside Apartment. The bedroom consists of a queen bed and desk for working facing a peaceful garden and is equipped with air conditioning. Kitchen area consist of small refrigerator, utensils, and electric stove. Shampoo, soaps and simple cleaning tools are available in the unit. Our unit is located right in front of the elevator. From the balcony, you can see the garden. With a warm cup of tea/coffee, you're ready to face the day! A bus stop is located right in front of the apartment which will take you around PIK2 and to PIK1 fresh market. The apartment also offers communal recreational facilities such as a basketball court etc. Please indicate the right amount of guest when making the reservation. Failure to do so may result in a non refundable cancellation. As this is an apartment complex, please be mindful to neighbours at all times. Loud music, partying or illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Smoking is prohibited at all times in the apartment. If a guest is found to smoke in the apartment, additional cleaning fee will be requested. The apartment has a no pet policy. Hope to host you here soon! Guest access Self check in is available. Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony are free for our guests to access. Other things to note Cooking is not possible in the apartment as it is compact. Making instant noodles, tea/coffee, sandwich, eggs etc are possible.
